This is a six-month, high-touch advisory partnership that blends strategic coaching, candid and collaborative counsel, and real-world, real-time leadership guidance.

    Depending on what we explore in our sessions, I might recommend and share various tools, resources or homework assignment—but never busywork or fluff.
